About Our
Organization

The Union Pass Emergency Preparedness Council, or UPEPC, is a voluntary group of residents and property owners within the Union Pass Road, Aspen Meadows, Warm Springs Mountain, and Porcupine communities. UPEPC seeks to educate residents about, and promote, proper wildfire prevention, mitigation, and defense, and to act as a liaison between residents and local agencies in the event of an emergency.

at Crooked Creek Guest Ranch
